2. General information on data processing
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. We process personal data only where there is a legal basis, in particular consent, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, legal obligations, or legitimate interests under Article 6(1) GDPR.
3. Website hosting
This website is provided using Cloudflare services, including Cloudflare Pages and technical network, security and delivery functions. Technical connection data, such as IP address, access time, requested page, browser type and security information, may be processed to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Encrypted connection
This website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. This protects data transmitted between your device and our website against unauthorised access while in transit.
5. Contact by email
When you contact us by email, we process the information you send to handle your message, answer follow-up questions and, where relevant, prepare or perform a contract. We use Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online for email communication.
6. Enquiry form
The form lets you send an enquiry about our services. Depending on your choices, we may process information about the requested service, your project, timing, contact details and other information you provide. Required fields are marked. The data is used to assess and respond to the enquiry, prepare a quotation and initiate a possible contract.
7. Tekhelet enquiry hub
Data submitted through the form is processed in our Tekhelet enquiry hub. Tekhelet records enquiries, stores information in a structured form, assigns responsibilities and prepares follow-up and further processing. It is not used for advertising or to create a general personality profile.
8. File uploads
Where the enquiry form allows file uploads, you may send documents, images or other files relevant to your enquiry. Please send only files necessary for processing the enquiry and that you are authorised to share.
9. Confirmation and system messages
After sending an enquiry, we may automatically send a confirmation or other system messages directly related to your enquiry. These messages are not advertising.
10. Recipients of personal data
Personal data is shared only where this is necessary for handling the enquiry or performing a contract, where a processor acts on our instructions, where a legal obligation exists, where you have consented, or where another legal basis applies. Possible recipients include Cloudflare, the hosting provider of the enquiry hub, Microsoft, IT and support providers, and advisers or public authorities where required.
11. Retention and deletion
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose or where statutory retention duties apply. Completed enquiries without a contract are generally deleted after 90 days, unless another retention reason applies. Data required for a contract is retained for its duration and thereafter in accordance with legal retention periods.
12. Cookies and local storage
We currently do not use non-essential analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. Technically essential storage or access may be used where required to provide an explicitly requested function, website security or technical transmission.
13. No web analytics or user tracking
We currently do not use services for personalised reach measurement, advertising networks or cross-site user tracking. We do not create usage profiles for advertising purposes.
14. No external fonts or embedded third-party content
Fonts are provided locally by the website. We currently do not embed external videos, maps, social-media plugins or other content that automatically sends personal data to third parties when a page is opened.
15. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation, unauthorised access and other unlawful processing. A complete level of protection cannot be guaranteed despite appropriate security measures.
16. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
17. Automated decision-making
We do not use solely automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
18. Changes to this privacy notice
We may update this privacy notice if the website, services, data processing or legal requirements change. The version published on this website applies.
